Refund Policy
- Due to the digital, downloadable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the download links are delivered.
- If you are unable to download the files, please contact us at support@upscclub.com. We will resolve the issue within 48 hours or provide a complete refund if the problem persists.
- Refunds are issued in cases of duplicate payment or if we fail to deliver the download links as promised.
Cancellation Policy
- Digital products cannot be cancelled once purchased, unless a valid reason is provided regarding service quality or other matters of concern.
- UPSC Club is not responsible if a purchased product does not fully meet your expectations or requirements. We provide study materials to the best of our knowledge.
- While we strive to provide the latest and most complete notes available, we cannot guarantee coverage of every topic, as content is regularly updated. Complaints regarding topic coverage will not be entertained.
